On February 27, 2024, Council of the Town of Grand Valley will consider, a By-law to Provide rules governing the calling, place and proceedings of meetings of Council, Local Boards and Committees, and the conduct of its members.
The Town of Grand Valley's reduced load restrictions (5 tonnes per axle) is in effect March 1st .
Residents have raised concerns about high traffic volume and speeding on Leeson Street and the surrounding road network. Staff have been monitoring the area and the Ontario Provincial Police have periodically been conducting speed limit enforcement.
Please note that the April 11, 2023 scheduled meeting of Grand Valley Council has been cancelled.
