Please be advised that hydrant testing will be taking place on Hamilton Lane on Wednesday, September 11, as part of developer-required testing. A member of our team will be operating the hydrants during this process.
Effective Thursday August 21st at 8 am, the burn ban that was put in place August 6th
has been lifted for the municipalities in Dufferin County.

Purpose and Effect: A Consent and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit a surplus farm dwelling severance.

Effective Immediately, a Dufferin County burn ban is in effect including the Town of Grand Valley. All burning permits are suspended. The ban prohibits all outdoor burning, including bon fires, recreational fires, construction burns, and any other types of outdoor fires. Violations of the burn ban can result in charges under the Provincial Offences Act and responsibility for fire service response costs.
Please be advised that Addendum 1 has been issued for RFP2025-02 – Grand Valley Municipal Office and Grand Valley Public Library Facility Cleaning.
Addendum 1 includes responses to questions received regarding the RFP. All bidders are encouraged to review this addendum to ensure their submissions reflect the most current information.
