As Fire Chief, I am proud to lead a team of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving our community. Our department is responsible for providing timely and professional emergency responses, protecting our community from fires, life-threatening emergencies, and hazardous conditions.

The GVDFD is made up of more than 30 volunteer firefighters who dedicate their time and expertise to responding to fire and life safety incidents in the GVDFD serviceable area.

In addition to our emergency response services, we are passionate about fire safety education. We believe that prevention is key, and we are dedicated to educating our community about fire safety practices to prevent emergencies before they occur.
