  • 2025 Interim Property Tax Bills

    2025 Interim Property Tax Bills have been mailed. Interim Tax amounts represent 50% of your 2024 total tax bill. Watch for payment due dates, as they are earlier in the month than in previous years.   • Notice of Changes to Interim Tax Installment Due Dates and Pre-Authorized Payment Plans

    On December 10th, the Town of Grand Valley Council approved the 2025 interim tax installment due dates and changes to the Town’s pre-authorized payment plans, effective for the 2025 tax year.

  • Notice of Passing of a Zoning By-Law - 68 Water Street

    TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Grand Valley passed By-law 2024-51 on December 10th, 2024, under section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, c.P. 13, as amended

    PURPOSE & EFFECT OF BY-LAW

    The purpose and effect of By-law 2024-51, is to expand the Legal Non-conforming Residential Use and to permit a second driveway.
