Filming Coming to Downtown Grand Valley!
Starting September 8th , crews will be preparing several downtown locations for filming which will take place at various locations in the downtown between September 11th and 22nd.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Grand Valley passed By-law 2026-49 on September 8, 2026, under section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, c.P. 13, as amended,
PURPOSE & EFFECT OF BY-LAW
The purpose and effect of By-law 2026-49, is to rezone the severed portions from 173399 County Road 25 (Roll 108600) to a Rural Residential Exception Fifteen (RR-15) for the north parcel and a Rural Residential (RR) Zone for the south parcel to facilitate a Lot Line Adjustment (Consent File B02-2026).
SUBJECT LANDS
The property affected by this amendment is located at 173399 County Road 25 (Roll 108600), as shown on the key map attached.
Beginning on Tuesday, September 8th, crews will be preparing several downtown locations for the filing of the production "Rogue". Filming will take place at various locations in and around downtown Grand Valley between September 11th and September 22nd.

Purpose and Effect of the Amendment: A Consent and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit two Lot Line Adjustments, one for 0.331 ha to the north and 0.783 ha to the south from 173399 County Road 25.

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, the Council of the Town of Grand Valley passed By-law 2026-45 on July 21, 2026, being a By-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 2009-10, as amended.
THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE AMENDMENT
The purpose and effect of By-law 2026-45 is to implement the policies of the Town of Grand Valley Official Plan, the Dufferin County Official Plan, and to provide new and updated zoning and development standards that reflect policy and regulatory initiatives at the provincial and local level. The Zoning By-law is the Town’s primary tool to regulate the use of land in the Town.
