TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Grand Valley intends to offer for sale the following municipally-owned property and licensed gravel pit by public tender:

Lands described as 046384 Southgate Road 04, Township of Southgate (Concession 2, Lot 32)

This property is zoned Extractive Industrial, Wetlands Protection, Environmental Protection and Agricultural.

This property has been declared surplus by Council under Resolution 2023-08-06.
