Public Notice - School Drop-Off and Pick-Up Parking Requirements

PUBLIC NOTICE – As we all work together to ensure our community’s safety, this is a reminder regarding dropping off or picking up students at Grand Valley and District Public School.

All drivers are reminded to abide by signage and Town parking regulations.

Vehicles parked in violation may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense.

Key Points to Remember:

·       Stay clear of fire routes

·       Abide by signage in all no parking zones

·       No parking within 3 meters of a fire hydrant

·       No parking within 15 meters of an intersection

There is additional parking available at the Grand Valley and District Community Centre for drop off and pick up.

Please consider walking to school to minimize traffic.
