The Town of Grand Valley is undertaking a Transportation Master Plan (TMP) Study to provide guidance for the Town’s future transportation network to accommodate growth over the next 10 to 15 years. The Town is expected to grow to a population of 7,168 persons and employment of 1,190 jobs by 2031. The Town wants to ensure that they have the correct infrastructure as development applications come in. The TMP study will establish a safe and efficient transportation network of roads, sidewalks and trails to accommodate the community.

To assist the Town in developing the TMP, the Town has engaged R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited.

As the project proceeds, we will be posting details on the website and plan to hold a Public Information Centre in Phase 2 of the process. Details of the meeting will be provided closer to the date. We are currently in Phase 1 of the process. Data is being collected and assessed and we are identifying the problem / opportunity.

Public involvement is key to the success of a TMP study and we want to hear from you. If you would like to provide us with your comments, concerns, require additional information or would like to be placed on the project contact list, please contact:
