The Zoning By-law Update 2021 proposes a new zoning by-law structure and format that will make the administration and management of the Zoning By-law easier.
The update does not change any zoning (with limited exceptions to site specific properties) and does not impact any existing development rights or permissions.
The updates purpose is to improve the structure, format and usability of the Town’s Zoning By-law while at the same time addressing certain administrative matters.
