Notice of Intent to Dispose of Real Property by Tender

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Grand Valley intends to offer for sale the following property by public tender:

- Lands described as CON 10 W PT LOT 3 RP 7R2601 PART 1 PART 2, Amaranth, Ontario

This property is zoned Agricultural, Environmental Protection and Extractive Industrial, consisting of 5.92 ha with a frontage of approximately 20 m onto Amaranth-East Luther Townline.

This property has been declared surplus under Resolution 2022-04-06.

TENDER PACKAGE is available for printing on the Town's Bids, Tenders and RFTs page at this link - Sale of Land By Tender - or from the Municipal Office at 5 Main Street North, Grand Valley.

SEALED OFFER PACKAGES will be accepted by mail or by drop box at the Municipal Office until Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 12:00 Noon for consideration at a future Council Meeting. Any offer not necessarily accepted. Subject to Council approval. All costs pertaining to this sale will be borne by the successful bidder (i.e., survey, legal costs, etc.).
