Applications for Appointments to Local Boards and Committees
For the new term of Council, the Town of Grand Valley will be making citizen appointments to certain special purpose bodies, as listed below. Anyone interested in serving should review committee information, meeting agendas and minutes available on the Town’s website to learn more, then apply in writing to the undersigned, providing a letter of interest which states the Board to which they are applying, and their applicable background and experience. Applications can be submitted in person, by mail or by email, using the details below.
Applications must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., Monday, December 5, 2022.
The Term of Office for all positions is 4 years, concurrent with the Term of Council, unless stated otherwise below.

Grand Valley Economic Development Committee | 4 | Monthly or as called by the chair | Board members must meet all qualifications stated above, except the residency requirement. The Term of Office for the Committee is not concurrent with the Term of Council, but rather decided upon mutual agreement between the appointee and the Committee. |
Grand Valley Public Library Board | 4 | 10 meetings per year, or as called by the chair | Board Members must be:
