Grand Valley offers a unique experience where the country meets the village. Established as an agricultural center, the Town has a historic feel and purpose.  Many of the necessities can be found in the historic downtown, as well as niche market shops and restaurants.

Visit historic sites, participate in agri-tourism,  enjoy Natures Playground at the Provincially significant Luther Marsh or the Grand River (recently designated as a Heritage River). Enjoy the picturesque setting in our parks as the river meanders through the idyllic pastoral countryside and the lovely urban centre with  in which you will feel relaxed and secure.

Grand Valley is the perfect location for a day trip, close to many urban centers.  Stop on your way to the cottage, or come for the day.  Pack your bikes and go for a ride on the historic rail-trail or one of our many trails (click here for trail map).  Check out our calender for our annual events and community activities.

Please print out our site map or take a self-guided tour of our historic buildings using our Nature’s Playground download.
